For EOS Implementers®
You build the system. I coach the leaders inside it.
Private, one to one leadership coaching for the owners, Visionaries, Integrators™, and leadership team members in your client companies. Built to support your implementation, never to compete with it.
You have seen this in the session room
Your process brings these to the surface. Some stay stuck because the issue lives inside one person.
The Rock that keeps rolling over.
Same Rock, third quarter in a row. The plan is fine. Something in the person keeps it from moving.
The Visionary who takes it back.
On The Accountability Chart®, the Integrator™ owns it. In the room, the founder still decides.
The seat nobody will address.
Everyone has seen The People Analyzer® results. The conversation keeps not happening, especially when the person is family or was employee number three.
The issue that never reaches the list.
The team says it values open and honest. The real issue stays in the hallway and never gets to IDS®.
The owner who cannot let go.
Delegate and Elevate® makes sense on the whiteboard. Letting go of the thing you built is a different problem.
The family at the table.
A parent, a sibling, a successor. The roles on the chart and the roles at the holiday dinner do not match.
These are not EOS® problems. They are people problems that show up inside EOS. Your sessions surface them. One to one coaching is where they get worked.
Two kinds of companies I see most
Family businesses
The founder is still in the building, the next generation is stepping up, and family members sit in seats that may not fit. Every business decision is also a family decision.
The page for family business leadersFounder led companies scaling fast
The company has outgrown the way the owner runs it. Decisions stack up on one desk, early employees are in seats they have outgrown, and there is no outside capital to absorb a mistake.
The page for scaling companiesEach page is written for your client. Forward the one that fits.
Clear lines, so your process stays yours.
What you do
- The business is your client
- Teach and facilitate the tools
- Run the sessions and keep the rhythm
- Hold the team to the process
What I do
- One leader at a time, in private
- The patterns behind the behavior
- Preparation for the hard conversation
- Follow through between your sessions
What I never do
- Teach or facilitate EOS tools
- Run sessions or offer strategy
- Sit in on sessions unless you invite it
- Second guess your process with the client
Everything a leader works on with me goes back to the team the way your process intends: as an issue to raise, or a proposed solution to bring to the table.
It runs on your calendar, not mine.
- 1
You notice a pattern.
You mention coaching to the leader. Nothing happens without their yes.
- 2
You make the introduction.
A short email to both of us. I take it from there.
- 3
An exploratory conversation.
A short questionnaire, then one conversation. If it is not a fit, I say so directly.
- 4
Two calls a month.
Timed so a session lands the week after each quarterly session. We start from the leader's Rocks, their seat, and the commitments they made in the room.
- 5
Back to the team.
Each quarter the leader brings what they worked on back to the leadership team.
EOS covers strategy, systems, and culture. I work on the leader.
Follow through.
From the commitment made in the room to the action on Monday. Why the same things slip, and what changes when they stop slipping.
Under pressure.
What happens inside a leader when the stakes rise: the reactions, the avoidance, the habits that built the company and now cost it.
Leading people.
Delegation, feedback, the accountability conversation, the Quarterly Conversation™ that never goes deep enough, leading former peers, leading family members.
Strategy, systems, and culture.
Yours. That is what EOS is for.

Why I work this way
For twenty years I coached CEOs and founders. Working alongside EOS Implementers, I saw the same patterns from the other side of the table.
Their teams had the system. They had the meetings, the Rocks, and the scorecard. Where they stalled, it was almost always a person: an owner who could not let go, a leader who would not have the conversation, a family role that did not match the seat.
Implementers do not need to take on deep one to one coaching. Their client is the business, and the process works because the team solves its issues together. So the work splits cleanly. You run the system. I work with the people inside it, after you make the introduction.
Referrals run both ways.
I meet leadership teams that are working hard without a system. When I do, I send them to an Implementer I trust. If we work well together, I want that to be you.
